Life has been crazy busy here the last few weeks.

Home baking is it worth it?

I was presented with this question the other day, why bake when you can spend a couple of dollars at the supermarket and get a packet of plain biscuits?

Blueberry & Choc chip mini muffins

With school being back the kids lunch-boxes needed filling up – since they are all in love with blueberries at the moment I decided I would whip up a batch of yummy muffins.

Last day out – countdown to school

Today was my last day with the kids before school goes back on Tuesday (good news is I only have to wait a couple of days before we get to hang out again thanks to Waitangi Day!)
